Company Update

Hindustan Appliances is holding its 42nd Annual General Meeting to approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹0.61 Cr for FY26 (both standalone and consolidated). It posted a standalone net loss of approximately ₹0.05 Cr, shifting from a ₹0.15 Cr profit last year.

Consolidated net loss was about ₹0.06 Cr, down from a ₹0.15 Cr profit previously.

Due to these losses, the Board will not declare any dividend.

Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Managing Director Kalpesh Shah and appointing Mrs. Julie Mehul Shah as a director.
