Hindustan Appliances Limited held its 42nd Annual General Meeting, chaired by Mr. Kalpesh Rameshchandra Shah, with 44 members attending.

Shareholders considered adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also addressed the re-appointment of Mr. Kalpesh Rameshchandra Shah and the appointment of Mrs. Julie Mehul Shah as a director.
