Hindustan Appliances Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on July 30, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at its registered office.

The company has already sent the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 to shareholders via email.

The book closure period, determining eligibility for the AGM and voting, is from July 24 to July 30, 2026. Remote e-voting facilities will be open from July 27, 2026 (9:00 A.M.) until July 29, 2026 (5:00 P.M.). Shareholders registered as of July 23, 2026, are eligible to cast their votes.
