M Lakhamsi Industries has announced that its Board approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share (1%), to be presented for shareholder declaration at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.

A record date for this dividend has been fixed.

Additionally, the Board re-appointed Ms. Smita Mayur Parekh and Mr. Kunaal Himanshu Yoddha as Independent Directors for a second five-year term each, pending shareholder approval.

The Board also approved the notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting, to be held virtually, and appointed a Scrutinizer for e-voting.
