M Lakhamsi Industries' Board has approved its annual report for the financial year.

Shareholders can look forward to a proposed final dividend of ₹0.10 (Ten Paisa) per equity share, pending approval at the 42nd Annual General Meeting.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of two Independent Directors for five-year terms: Ms. Smita Mayur Parekh, bringing expertise in business strategy, and Mr. Kunaal Himanshu Yoddha, contributing commercial analytics and strategic planning skills.

These re-appointments strengthen board governance, subject to shareholder vote.
