M Lakhamsi Industries has announced its Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 24, 2026, inclusive, for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This book closure period is important for determining shareholder eligibility.

The company is also providing remote e-voting for shareholders, commencing on September 21, 2026 (09:00 A.M.

IST) and concluding on September 23, 2026 (05:00 P.M.

IST). Shareholders eligible for e-voting will be those on record as of the cut-off date, September 17, 2026.
