Zenith Healthcare Limited’s 32nd Annual General Meeting successfully concluded with key shareholder approvals.

Members adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March, 2026. They also re-appointed Mrs. Neela M. Raycha as Director, and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra C. Raycha as Managing Director and Mr. Akshit M. Raycha as Joint Managing Director/Whole Time Director.

Additionally, a material related party transaction with Achyut Healthcare Limited received approval.

The virtual meeting saw 39 attendees out of 38,922 total shareholders.
