Zenith Healthcare's shareholders have regularized Mr. Akshit M. Raycha as Joint Managing Director/Whole Time Director at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

Appointed for a three-year term until April 2029, he holds an MBA from Cambridge and brings extensive experience in management, export, and retail, having initiated several new company ventures.

Mr. Raycha, son of the CMD and a Director, ensures leadership continuity.

His annual remuneration is set at up to 0.24 Cr, an increase of 0.09 Cr, and he holds 189,817 shares.
