Zenith Healthcare Limited re-appointed Mr. Mahendra C. Raycha as Managing Director for another three-year term, effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. This decision was approved by a special resolution at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.

As a promoter, Mr. Raycha holds 0.66 Cr equity shares, representing 12.29% voting power.

The company highlighted his over 20 years of experience, emphasizing the company's consistent progress, higher turnover, profits, and current zero-debt status during his tenure.

His monthly remuneration will be up to Rs. 0.02 Cr.
