Company Update

Afloat Enterprises Limited's Board has approved key changes, including the appointment of M/s S K HANDA & ASSOCIATES as new Statutory Auditors and M/s. Rohit Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for five-year terms.

The Board also appointed Mr. Indrajeet Pradhan, Mr. Mohit Lochan, and Mrs. Ritika Bachhawat as additional independent directors.

All these appointments require shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Details for the AGM, including e-voting periods, were finalized, and the Directors’ Report for the last financial year was approved.
