Afloat Enterprises has released its Annual Report for FY26 and will hold its 11th Annual General Meeting on September 30 to adopt financial results and approve key appointments.

The company proposes appointing S K Handa & Associates as new Statutory Auditors and Rohit Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.

Three new independent directors, Mr. Indrajeet Pradhan, Mr. Mohit Lochan, and Mrs. Ritika Bachhawat, are also proposed for appointment.

For FY26, revenue was 17.98 Cr, down from 60.99 Cr in FY25, with net profit at 0.01 Cr, significantly lower than 2.74 Cr previously.

The paid-up share capital increased to 125.58 Cr following the conversion of warrants into equity shares, now listed on BSE.

No dividend was proposed.
