Afloat Enterprises has announced its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 27, 2026, via VC/OAVM.

Shareholders will vote on adopting FY26 audited financial statements and the re-appointment of Mr. Pawan Kumar Mittal as Director and Managing Director.

Major proposals include increasing Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 15 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr, raising up to Rs. 200 Cr through various instruments, and a bonus share issue.

Additionally, a Board meeting on November 09, 2026, will consider financial results for the quarter and half-year and a dividend for FY26. A record date is set for voting and dividend eligibility.
