Kenvi Jewels Limited's Board has approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor.

This appointment is for five consecutive financial years, spanning from 2026-27 to 2030-31, and followed the Audit Committee's review.

The decision is contingent on receiving approval from shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

M/s SS Lunkad and Associates has over five years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters.
