Kenvi Jewels Limited has scheduled its 13th Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held via video conference to discuss and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Board's and Auditors' reports.

The company will also seek approval for the re-appointment of Mrs. Hetalben Chiragkumar Valani as a director retiring by rotation.

Additionally, shareholders will vote on appointing a new secretarial auditor for a five-year term.
