Kenvi Jewels' board has fixed its 13th Annual General Meeting.

The company announced a change in its Secretarial Auditor; M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates resigned, and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates was appointed for five financial years, subject to shareholder approval.

The board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s. SS Lunkad & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM.

Additionally, Mr. Chiragkumar Valani was re-appointed as Managing Director for another five-year term, following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, also pending shareholder approval.
