Hindustan Appliances Limited has announced a board meeting on 30th June to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year of FY 2024-25. The 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the registered office, with remote e-voting and voting at the AGM enabled for shareholders.

Dispatch of the notice and annual report has been completed.

The company disclosed details on email ID registration and e-voting procedures.

The managing director confirmed that the delay in submission of the newspaper advertisement was due to inadvertent oversight.
