Hindustan Appliances Limited has announced the proceedings of its 41st Annual General Meeting held at its registered office.

The meeting, chaired by the Managing Director Kalpesh Rameshchandra Shah, was attended by all directors and key committee chairs, including auditors.

Key resolutions passed include adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, re-appointment of a retiring director, and appointment of M/s D. Kothari and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting FY 2025-26. Shareholders were provided electronic and ballot voting facilities, with no queries raised during the meeting.
