Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery's shareholders at their 36th Annual General Meeting approved several key re-appointments, ensuring continuity in leadership.

Mr. Shashi Ashok Bekal was re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years.

Mr. Kantikumar Dadha will continue as Chairman and Whole-time Director, and Mr. Arvind Dadha as Managing Director, both for three years from October 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Ashish Dadha was re-appointed as Whole Time Director Cum CFO for three years starting April 1, 2027. These approvals underscore the company's focus on maintaining its current strategic direction and management team.
