Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery clarified an unintentional delay in submitting its 36th Annual General Meeting proceedings.

The company explained the oversight and has since resubmitted the details.

At the AGM, shareholders adopted the financial results for the year, approved a dividend, and re-appointed key directors including the Chairman, Managing Director, and Whole-time Director Cum CFO.

All resolutions presented at the meeting were passed with the necessary majority, ensuring continuity in governance and financial operations.
