Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery Limited has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Golkunda Retail India Private Limited, in Maharashtra.

The new entity, capitalized at INR 0.25 Cr, aims to strengthen the company's presence in the Indian jewellery market, diversify revenue streams, and reduce dependence on export markets.

This strategic move is designed to create long-term value for stakeholders by expanding domestic jewellery manufacturing operations.
