Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Golkunda Retail India Private Limited, with an initial capital of ₹0.25 Cr.

This strategic move aims to significantly strengthen the company's domestic jewellery presence, focusing on manufacturing, retail, and wholesale operations.

The subsidiary will help diversify revenue streams, reduce reliance on export markets, and create long-term value for shareholders by expanding into India's B2B and B2C segments, including physical stores and online channels.
