UNIJOLLY INVESTMENTS' Board approved significant changes to its governance and oversight.

Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh was appointed as a new Non-Executive Director.

The Board also appointed M/s. CNGSN & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, M/s. Kasat & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (subject to shareholder approval), and M/s. Pranaya & Co as Internal Auditors.

These appointments follow resignations in each of these key oversight roles, marking a refresh in the company's compliance and audit functions.

Additionally, the 44th Annual General Meeting details, including e-voting periods, were finalized.
