Unijolly Investments' board appointed Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

The board also appointed M/s. CNGSN & Associates LLP as new Statutory Auditors, M/s. Kasat & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder approval), and M/s. Pranaya & Co as Internal Auditors, following prior resignations in these roles.

The company will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026, via video conference.

E-voting for the AGM will be available from September 23 to September 25. These appointments and the upcoming AGM signify changes in key oversight functions and shareholder engagement.
