The company's board has approved several key changes.

Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

M/s. CNGSN & Associates LLP is appointed as Statutory Auditors, and M/s. Kasat & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval, following resignations in both roles.

M/s. Pranaya & Co are now the Internal Auditors.

The 44th Annual General Meeting is set via video conference.
