UNIJOLLY INVESTMENTS' board approved several key appointments.

Mr. Ashwin Nandan Singh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

M/s. CNGSN & Associates LLP became Statutory Auditors, following the resignation of M/s. G. Nagendrasundaram & Co. M/s. Kasat & Associates were appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, after M/s. B S S & Associates' departure.

M/s. Pranaya & Co. will serve as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, replacing Mr. K Srivas.

The 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2026, via video conference, with e-voting from September 23-25.
