Chothani Foods' board has finalized key appointments and upcoming shareholder matters.

It approved M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30 at 11:00 a.m.

The board also proposed the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Managing Director and Whole Time Director, respectively, each for a five-year term.

All director reappointments await shareholder approval.
