Chothani Foods' board has approved key corporate governance updates.

The board appointed M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. It also fixed the date for the 13th Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director for a second term, and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director, each for new five-year terms.

These director re-appointments await shareholder approval.
