Chothani Foods' Board has approved key appointments and reappointments.

M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The 13th Annual General Meeting is set for September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Additionally, the board approved the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director, and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Managing Director and Whole Time Director, respectively, each for five-year terms starting in 2027. These director reappointments require shareholder approval.
