Company Update

Chothani Foods' board has appointed M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The 13th Annual General Meeting is set for September 30. Additionally, the board approved the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director, along with Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director, both for new five-year terms.

These reappointments are pending shareholder approval.
